4. TRANSPORT FROM
AIRPORT TO THE CENTRE
Every 20 minutes there are trains from the airport to the centre. The ticket-sales-service-person can tell you where the train runs from - and when the next train goes to the
centre.
Price for one-way ticket is approx. 16.50 DKK.
5. SOCIAL AGENDA CONFERENCE
• Thursday October 14
- 18.00 hours departure from Radisson/SAS with buses
to new Royal Danish Library building at
Copenhagen's Harbour-front for the reception
- 20.00 departure from reception to Radisson/SAS hotel
where the dinner will start
- dinner entertainment around 21.00 hours
• Friday October 15
- 12.00 hour: closing of the conference

6. TRAVEL GRANTS
For those of you who are promised
a travel grant of 500 EURO. This grant will be given to you cash in dollars the second day of the conference.
More information about reimbursement will be available in the welcome map that will be distributed the
first day of the registration.
