The conference will have approximately 120 participants from 30 European countries. The participation is free of charge and includes lunch upon arrival, reception on the new Danish Royal Library, dinner, accommodation on the Radisson/SAS Royal Copenhagen Hotel, breakfast and lunch before leaving.

Libraries have already become key players in the development of informed communities, encouraging involvement in the new networked-based resources. Public Libraries are vital agents for social inclusion being freely
accessible to all citizens, providing the opportunity to bring the benefits of information and lifelong learning to everyone. Something for Everyone will bring together national policy makers and public library managers
from across Europe to debate the positioning of public library services within national and European policy developments.
This intensive 24-hour conference will use a mixture of keynote papers from international
experts and discussion groups to produce a shared agenda on the future roles and responsibilities of European public libraries. Something for Everyone will
